Photos are the property of Photo Tours Vegas. Photo Tours Vegas reserves the right to use photography/videography for possible promotional purposes.
If copyrights have been purchased by clients and clients do not wish to allow Photo Tours Vegas to use photos/videography for possible promotional purposes, they must forward a signed letter informing Photo Tours Vegas of their wishes.
The letter must be sent by courier with a “return receipt requested.”
The above said document will then act as your receipt and Photo Tours Vegas, and they will not use the client’s photography or videography.

Payments made in full are non-refundable in all cases once services have been rendered. If there is a dispute by the client, the client will be liable for court and attorney’s fees for Photo Tours Vegas and their own legal fees.
As all events differ, if there are any special requests prior to service by the client or Photo Tours Vegas, the requests must be put into writing and both parties must sign for approval. Otherwise, all payments in full are non-refundable. All deposits are also non-refundable once the Terms of Agreement form has been dated and signed.
